Johnson & Johnson announced in November of 2021 its plan to split into two publicly traded companies: one focusing on prescription-drug and medical device business, and the other focusing on consumer health.
As a singular company for over a century, having started back in 1886, the Consumer Health brand wanted to stand apart from the enterprise, drive brand awareness, and build a community around its innovative, iconic product portfolio.
As Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health’s Social AOR, we were tasked with just that. We launched the brand on LinkedIn in November of 2021, established a unique brand persona and brand point of view to encourage audiences to follow and engage, and leaned into audience passion points to drive content engagement and build community.
